Refund Policy

Tanessa Roberts, CEO wants you to be satisfied with your order. Please check your order when you receive it. If there are problems with your order please convo me ASAP so we can discuss it and fix if possible. Credit includes purchase price only and minus any restocking fees.

We do accept returns on most of our items except:

  • Digital items
  • Custom or personal orders
  • Clearance Items 

*These items are also non exchangeable.

-Refunds are accepted (minus shipping charges) up to 7 days after you received your order.

-Items must be in the same condition as they were received.

-Refunds after the 7th day up the 14th day will accure a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

-NO REFUNDS AFTER THE 14TH DAY.

-BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges. Please insure/track your returns as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. PayPal recommends delivery confirmation so items can be tracked.

-You will receive refund AFTER I have received the item back.
